In Australia and New Zealand, our sales team handles sample requests together with Bankston’s retailers where to buy. Architects, builders and designers working on a project can request samples directly from Bankston.
For all other regions, finish and product samples are available to registered Bankston Trade Accounts. Send your request through our enquiry form and we will confirm availability and send a freight quote. We can supply 1 to 2 pieces per project for specification, and finish samples can be included. Samples are supplied at no cost, with a freight charge of approximately USD $50 or the equivalent in your currency, which can be credited against your eventual project order. Once freight is paid, your samples are sent by DHL Express with tracking and typically arrive within 10 to 14 business days.
