Depending on the level of in-house manufacturing required, an order will take approximately 2 to 3 full working days before it is dispatched.
Australia & NZ shipping
For Australian and New Zealand customers, shipping will take between 1 to 3 days from dispatch.
International shipping
For international trade customers based in the US, EU, or UK, international shipping takes between 10 to 14 business days from the time of dispatch. Made-to-order pieces, like timber products from the YSG The Streaks collection, may take an additional 6 to 8 weeks for production before dispatch.
